At Yoga Mandali, we offer a variety of daily classes seven days a week, private sessions and workshops for all levels. Classes offered in our warm, nurturing environment are primarily based on Vinyasa yoga principles–ranging from Power Vinyasa flow to slower, gentler Vinyasa flow classes where the poses are held longer. We’re confident our studio has a class for anyone, especially since our expert instructors offer mixed level classes and can easily modify poses to accommodate beginners, or provide more challenging variations for those wishing to delve deeper into their practice. The Yoga Mandali studio is deeply immersed in the tradition of Bhakti (the yoga of devotion). This passion drives us to continually offer special programs, kirtans and influential speakers. Some of the special guests we’ve hosted over the past year include Gaura Vani, Bhagavan Das, Shyamdas, Dave Stringer, David Newman, John de Kadt, Mike Cohen, Radhanath Swami and Dhanurdhara Swami. Additionally, Yoga Mandali is the only studio in the area offering both 200 hour and 500 hour Teacher Training programs.
