Class Descriptions
Vinyasa Flow: Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, natural sequence of postures connecting each movement with unifying breath, bringing balance between ease and effort. Yoga Mandali offers classes ranging from Power Vinyasa flow to slower, gentler Vinyasa flow classes where the poses are held longer.
Ashtanga: Ashtanga classes consist of a set series of poses linked by Vinyasa and synchronized with the breath to produce intense internal heat and purifying sweat. Classes are vigorous and challenging.
Iyengar Inspired Flow: In Iyengar-inspired flow, detailed instruction is given and poses are held longer, encouraging an opening in the body and the mind through deeper concentration and focus.
Private Group Classes: Yoga Mandali also offers classes uniquely tailored for special events or private groups. We can create a class for your group at our studio or go to your location for a completely personalized yoga experience. Call for more information.
