Jennifer Gerber, a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, is an energetic, dedicated individual whose core passion is helping others achieve a balanced lifestyle centered on positive spiritual and physical wellness.

Jenn has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, teaching for close to half that time. Her yoga practice motivates students challenging them to go beyond their comfort zone through a vigorous vinyasa flow. Jenn’s education (BS in Nutrition and MS in Health Education) allows her to offer further guidance and support to her students.

As an individual who has completed a marathon for charity and who followed her dreams as they took her and her husband backpacking through Central/South America, Jenn speaks from personal life experiences offering students an awareness of living a life full of gratitude, exploration and compassion.

Jenn is also certified in BarreStrenth® and is currently undergoing certification and training to become a Personal Life Coach. She teaches Health locally to middle/high school students and lives with her husband Tim, and their two cats in Saratoga Springs.
