CONNECT WITH KRISTEN:
Kristen Zorda
Kristen Zorda (ERYT-500) began teaching in 2014, inspired by what yoga did to support both her physical and mental well-being after going through some hard times. In 2018, Kristen had the honor of becoming the owner of Yoga Mandali.
Her classes focus on building a strong mind-body connection through breath, movement, and music, leaving students feeling refreshed and grounded. Kristen blends traditional Vinyasa alignment and flow with elements of Bhakti to create classes that are both accessible and meaningful. She is known for her compassionate, non-judgmental teaching style, offering a supportive environment where students of all levels can feel comfortable and confident.
Over the past 20 years, Kristen has studied and practiced yoga with teachers from around the world, honoring her mentors including Gopi Kinnicutt (Bhakti Yoga D.C., ERYT-500), Lal Maharajh (Vastu School of Yoga, ERYT-500), and Professor Edwin Bryant, PhD, as well as her past and present teachers.
Kristen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hartwick College, reflecting her lifelong desire to support and help others. Outside the studio, she works as a mortgage loan officer, enjoys bringing people on adventures through Sangha Retreats, playing music, and spending time with her family.
