What’s Included?

Daily Yoga Classes: We’ll practice various styles of yoga that cater to all levels including asana, pranayama (breathwork), meditation and kirtan.
Meditation Sessions: Guided meditations including Yoga Nidra, designed to deepen our practice and cultivate inner peace and connection.
Workshops and Satsangs: Gatherings that allow us to deepen our understanding of ourselves and our connection to one another.
Accommodations: Comfortable lodging options are provided, allowing participants to relax and rejuvenate in a peaceful atmosphere.
Transportation: To and From Tulum Airport and Muyil Float

- Muyil Float Tour
  A tranquil boat ride through the Sian Ka’an Biosphere, followed by a peaceful float down ancient Mayan canals.
- Mayan Clay Ceremony - A powerful beachfront detox ritual with guided meditation and a rinse in the Caribbean Sea.
- Temazcal (Mayan Sweat Lodge)
  A traditional and powerful steam bath ceremony for detoxification, balance, and spiritual release.
- Cacao & Sound Healing Ceremony
  A heart-opening journey through cacao, guided meditation, and sound healing.
