Laura’s yoga classes are centering and empowering. She brings her positivity and joy while exploring what is to be curious about our practice. Her classes leave students feeling refreshed, inspired, and open
to possibility.
Laura has been practicing for over 20 years and is 200-hour Bhakti yoga certified with additional training in Trauma Informed Yoga, Restorative, Ayurveda, and Sound Healing. Her education of various therapeutic approaches began with her degree in Psychology from Skidmore and continued study and work as a professional nurse. As her family grew and she became the mother of two boys, her yoga practice transformed. Laura sees how important it is to deepen one’s own inner wisdom with asana,
pranayama, and meditation to provide the best path to living an intentional and loving life.
