Everyone is a beginner at some point. Like many people, Michael found yoga on accident. It wasn’t until making the connection with his breath and the movements that he realized the full benefits of practicing. Years later Michael has earned his 200 Hour RYT certification, been an integral part of local studios, taught at yoga retreats and teacher trainings, and is dedicated to helping others make the connection to their breath which can have a profound effect on their life.
Michael is a father of three amazing humans, business owner, entrepreneur, crossfitter, sometimes runner, sometimes jiu jitsu practitioner, sometimes overeater, and full time off the mat yogi.
