Natalli Amato
Natalli is a bhakti yoga teacher, writer, therapist, and reiki healer dedicated to helping others "wake up" to their true nature of unshakable goodness and love. Natalli's offerings are heart-centered and rooted in warm, non-judgmental presence.
For Natalli, yoga has been a path of deep emotional and spiritual healing. Through asana, pranayama, and meditation, she hopes to invite others into this healing state within themselves.
Natalli is trained in Unified CORE Mindfulness and is a practitioner of Buddhist meditation. She also holds a master's degree in marriage and family therapy. Natalli shares her reflections on the spiritual path as a writer for Spirituality & Health Magazine and on her podcast, The Due North Podcast. Natalli has also authored four books of poetry. Her most recent, North Wind, was shortlisted for the Eric Hoffer Book Award and explores the human condition and our connection to the natural world.
A firm believer in taking in as much joy as you can, Natalli spends her time adventuring in the Adirondacks, following the music, enjoying her garden, and loving her friends and family.
