Many years ago, when Sue was fully immersed in the world of mamahood and craving a bit of time for herself, she carved out time to go to one yoga class a week. That time was a gift. It strengthened her body, quieted her chattering mind, and softened her heart; important things when raising a family and being in the world. Since that time Sue has obtained her 200 Hour Bhakti Yoga certification from Gopi Kinnicutt. She also has Restorative Yoga Level 1 and 2 certifications from Ann Saffi Biasetti, and Yin Yoga certification from Keli Reddy. She is deepening her knowledge of the subtleties of yoga by pursuing a 300 Hour Foundational Yoga Therapy certification under the guidance of Ann Saffi Biasetti, PhD; LCSWR; ERYT-500; C-IAYT of An Embodied Life in Saratoga Springs.
Off the mat, Sue loves to take road trips and hike with her family, as well as knit and read. Her family motto is “Adventure is out there!"
