Suzanne has spent the last 25 years helping people live healthier, happier lives. Her life-long philosophy has always been that good health and peace of mind come with taking care of yourself. She has been committed to living a holistic lifestyle for many years, as an N.A.C.C. Chaplain, in her years as a yoga teacher and studio owner, and in her work as a health coach. She has extensive experience working with clients, addressing their wellness challenges, and providing them with assistance to look and feel their best. Suzanne is excited to offer her current yoga classes and online programs with the goal of improving clients’ overall health and wellness, and transforming their lives and the lives of those around them.
Suzanne lives in upstate NY with her husband, Bruce, her labradoodle, Argos, and two cats. She enjoys her large garden, and traveling to see her grown children who live in Vermont and Tuscany—both fabulous places to visit.
